We're off on a longy today. 1000 m climbing and 110 odd miles riding- gulp!
We have a massage to look forward to from the Webbington Best Western just S of Bristol overlooking the M5...nice.
Few aches and pains grumbling but spirits high.
Nervous energy lots of chat at this time in the morning. Strange it is very quiet by about 11.30 .......
