Well what a day, 102 miles, 6000 ft climbed!! 1 pot of sudocrem finished, but sitting comfortably in a lovely best western hotel, webbington spa.
You thought that cycling would through up some interesting events, but tonight reddy has surpassed all cock ups. Whilst getting kit from the van, on his own, he managed to lock himself in, with no phone, and no hope of rescue, he had to bang the sides of the van to attract the attention of a passing lady in a cocktail dress!! Clearly he is suffering from severe heat stroke!! On a final note RPJ is dining on his own, as we watch the football, in eat loads of carbohydrates!
